Expolinc Light Frame SEG graphic is a made for the modular and tool-free trade show display hardware, which is designed for exhibitions and events. Frame hardware features magnetic connectors for easy assembly, it integrates with the Classic Frame to create stunning and customizable trade show booths, available with storage room, can be double sided, certified according to CE and ETL, and world class light quality.

Expolinc Classic Frame SEG Storage option can integrate with the Light Frame option.

The Print file template link listed above is intended to be downloaded and then opened in Adobe Illustrator or placed in Adobe Photoshop or Indesign.
By default, the templates will open in your browser. Once the template is opened click the download button in the upper right corner.

Must-follow guidelines
  1. Submit PDF, EPS, TIFF, AI, or PSD files

    We recommend submitting your files in PDF, EPS, TIFF, AI, or PSD file format with at least 150 DPI.

  2. Set files to CMYK color space

    Make sure your print file is set to the CMYK color space to avoid any unexpected color changes.

  3. Outline your fonts

    All fonts should be converted to outlines unless your graphics are in a raster format.

  4. Embed all linked items

    If you are utilizing any linked images or graphics in your print file, please ensure that you have embedded them within the file before saving them.

  5. Remove template guidelines

    When using our templates, turn off or remove the guideline layers before saving your files. If you don't remove them, they might show up on the print.

  6. Adhere to the safe print area

    Keep all important graphics or text within the safe print area to avoid missing design elements on the finished product.

Tips for best results
  • Don’t place important details close to the edges
    We advise against placing important graphics or text very close to the edges of your designs. Use the safe print area as your guide.
  • Avoid designs with borders
    We advise against using borders in your designs. Borders can appear uneven if the print is shifted during the cutting process.
  • Favor patterns and full-bleed images
    Any space that isn't covered by your design will show the bare fabric, that’s why patterns and full-bleed designs usually turn out the best.
  • Adhere to the safe print area and display faces
    Keep all important graphics or text within the safe print area to avoid design elements wrapping over corners on the finished product.
Dye-Sublimation
considerations
  • The Dye-Sublimation printing process infuses the graphic into the fabric via heat transfer.
  • Fabric stretches and shrinks during the heat transfer process which can result in slight distortions in printed graphics.
  • We can't guarantee perfect graphic placement. (e.g., Designs that wrap around or fall directly on edges of a product might not be aligned seamlessly).
  • Fonts must be no smaller than .25" tall or the font may be illegible on the finished product.
  • Bitmap images and graphics need to be at least 150dpi to ensure a crisp and clean print.
